Sales Manager Automotive (f/m/x)

Sales manager within the automotive sector, driving revenue growth and market expansion

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the automotive industry

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align sales strategies with overall business goals

Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts for management review

Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the automotive sector

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services

Your main responsibilities

You should have

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets

Willingness to travel as needed

The ability to dive deep on tech stack of advanced optics, laser systems, and computer vision to make high quality managerial decisions

A solid understanding of LiDAR technology would be appreciated
