SCANTINEL PHOTONICS is a high-tech startup in the field of LiDAR technologies developing the key optical sensors enabling fully autonomous vehicles in the future. Such cars will come to reality faster than you can imagine. Our expertise is based on our years together at the optical technologies market leader ZEISS.

To complete our team of experts, we are looking for a Creative MarCom Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communication strategies to promote Scantinel´s outstanding technology, products, and services.

Develop and execute innovative online marketing communication strategies for Scantinel Photonics - one of the worldwide leading LiDAR technology startups
Create compelling and engaging online campaigns - like on LinkedIn - that effectively promote our outstanding LiDAR technology while maintaining brand consistency and delivering impactful messaging
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development and R&D to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
Showcase your creative thinking and strategic mindset by designing and producing a wide range of marketing materials, such as digital content, and more
Manage the overall brand image and identity, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's vision and values
Shape the company's marketing efforts and establish a strong connection with customers through captivating and impactful messaging
Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, the company's overall success

Your main responsibilities

You should have

Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities
Proficiency in utilizing various marketing and video tools and platforms
A degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification 
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing website content for search engines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to learn fast e.g. about topics like LiDAR technology, autonomous mobility etc.
Fluent in English
