Developing and maintaining parametric cost estimating models and databases for photonic integrated LiDAR

Preparing independent cost estimates in support of projects and other procurement actions

Conducting comparative analyses of industrial contractors estimates, prices

Participating in project reviews

Supporting negotiations of industrial contracts

Performing cost engineering tasks

Your main responsibilities

You should have

Completed bachelor’s degree in photonics, physics, optics, or comparable training

Experience in photonics manufacturing and assembly processes

Good understanding of cost structures and ramp-up cost for photonic IC and micro-optical assembly processes

Proven track record in the automotive industry is a great advantage

Analytical skills and competence for problem solving

Agile methodology and out-of-the-box mindset

Strong presentation and communication skills

Focus on solutions considering the big picture

Outstanding team player in the workplace

Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German is a great advantage
