(Senior) Application Engineer LiDAR (f/m/x)

Conduct system tests and demonstrations for our national and international customers

Provide technical leadership for the application of our FMCW LiDAR systems in an automotive, industrial, and academic environment

Develop the required architecture for the application of our FMCW LiDAR systems

Translate customer needs into technical roadmaps

Create, review, and monitor requirements together with our customers

Lead improvements of the mechanics, electronics, photonics, and software subsystems of the current and new generations of our FMCW LiDAR systems

Your main responsibilities

You should have

A university degree in Informatics, Engineering, Physics or similar

A hands-on mentality when it comes to mechanics, software, electronics, and photonics

Experience with customer interaction

Basic project management skills

German driving license

Automotive industry background is a plus

Experience in system testing is a plus

English proficiency at professional working level, basic German language skills are expected

Interest to work on leading edge technology within a rising start-up
